Key Milestones
The Humble Beginning
A small group of devoted Sai Baba followers established a humble prayer room in Film Nagar, Hyderabad. What began as intimate gatherings for bhajans and prayers would grow into a beacon of faith for thousands.
First Temple Structure
With the growing number of devotees, the first proper temple structure was constructed. The sanctum sanctorum was established, and regular aarti services began. This period saw the miraculous acquisition of the sacred windows from Shirdi.
Temple Expansion
Major expansion of the temple complex including the addition of separate sanctums for other deities - Sri Dattatreya Swamy, Sri Kshipra Ganapati, and Maatha Sri Raajasymaladevi. Modern amenities were added for devotee comfort.
Sri Rama Sanctum Sanctorum
A separate sanctum sanctorum was consecrated for Lord Rama, Seetha Devi, and Laxmana. The temple also established regular Annadanam (free food distribution) serving over 1000 devotees every Sunday.
